central location blackout drapes nice linens
the location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room featured electronically controlled blackout drapes, which i appreciated. the bed had nice linens.
the hotel booked a taxi from the airport, but it cost more than the regular fare.

central stay
ideal location dining option balcony view
the location i find perfect. plenty of eateries were steps away. the view faced the street from the balcony. i could walk everywhere or get public transport very easily.
the power cut on the last day was disruptive. i had no wifi and could not dry my hair. the door for emergencies was closed, this was a problem.

the room had slippers and robes. a desk was there, i could use it for writing. the room presented a cute feel after long walks.

Balanced experience at centrally located hotel
excellent location kind staff clean environment power outage no wi-fi missing hairdryer
The location proved excellent for accessing the Christmas market and the heart of the city. Everything felt just a few minutes away. The staff was kind (they surprised me with a cake and a heartfelt letter for my birthday). The hotel maintained a very clean and stylish environment. Towels were changed daily.
The power went out on the day I left. I had no WiFi to confirm travel plans. There was no hairdryer available so I left with wet hair ahead of a long travel day (this cost me data fees). I could not contact the front desk either.
